Our Personal Stylists have extensive experience in all areas of image consulting, personal and fashion styling, make-up artistry and corporate training and development.
Image consultancy training across the world is renowned for being old fashioned, run by theorists, and offer very little insight into the actual making of a successful styling consultancy. This ultimately leads to a frustrated and disappointed candidate who comes out of training with little insight into a very dynamic and rewarding industry. Now with the arrival of The Image Academy, students can expect new insights into how to harness the power of social media and other novel business practices to ensure a successful career.
The course is made up of 71 different topics and answers every question you may be faced with in the real world. It covers topics such as getting started in the fashion industry, colour analysis, body analysis, make-up, corporate image, wardrobe analysis, working in TV and magazines to starting your own business, creating a press release and getting your first client..
Each course is given by an experienced tutor provided by The Image Academy who will provide real-life examples and experiences throughout the course notes, this practical knowledge will benefit all students throughout the 5 days.
On the final day, all students will be given practical hands on experience of sourcing stores for each client based on their shape, height ,size and style and will also participate in make-up demonstrations.
